About Us
Ashvale Maine Coons is relatively new to the cat breeding world. Ashley started showing Maine Coons back in 2011. Her passion for the breed has stayed with her all these years. After a slight hiatus from the Cat Show world, she came back in 2019 with a new alter. From then she has been heavily involved with showing. Ashley shows mostly in the CCA but also ventures to CFA and TICA. She is starting to breed as her ultimate goal is to become a judge of the Canadian Cat Association. When not playing with cats, Ashley is also involved with horses. Ashley is also a Regional Director with the CCA and a member of the Motor City Cat Club.
Guiding Philosophy
At Ashvale Maine Coons, we are rigorous in screening and selecting the right home for each animal. We are a cage-less cattery and our cats and kittens are raised under foot. We strongly do not believe in declawing and all our cats are indoor only. We pride ourselves on performing HCM testing and full DNA health panels on all our breeding cats. To reserve a kitten, please get in touch. Note, we will not separate our babies from their mothers until they are old enough.
